Cleaning-rotation scheduleBegins Sunday, March 5
The teams for the cleaning rotation have been created and assigned dates for the next few months. Please carefully read this document, which contains team information, dates, and important reminders about this new system and cleaning the church overall. Take note of which team you are on: reminders for the week will be sent out on the e-bulletin and a schedule for the coming months posted on the church bulletin board. If you are going to miss your assigned day, it is your responsibility to find people to help out in your stead that Sunday so as to keep teams balanced and make sure things get done as quickly and efficiently as possible.
*** Note: Pascha & non-Sunday liturgies will be team efforts by whoever attends. ***

Allergy Reminder
For both visitors and regulars, eating during coffee hour is made much easier and enjoyable by labeling common allergens found in your dish. You do not have to avoid cooking with them, just use a post it or index card (both can be found in the table next to the fridge in the food room) to identify your dish and common allergens it contains. A list of suggested labeling points can be found pinned to the fridge (gluten, peanuts, olives and chicken are particularly relevant ones for our community). Labeling food will also make it easier for the team who is serving to help little ones with their plates.
Parish Directory & Membership
If you were not yet able to submit a Membership Form last Sunday they are still available here by PDF or please see Mariana Millary or Rebecca Dillingham for a physical copy. These forms will not only help us compile our cleaning rotation list, but also allow families to vote on any issues brought to the parish as a whole, as well as be included in our forthcoming parish directory! You can hand your printed form to Mariana or Rebecca anytime you are at church.
Thank you so much!
